Destiny Binds (Timber Wolves) by Tammy Blackwell

Summary of the book by Goodreads.com:
Scout Donovan is a girl who believes in rules, logic, and her lifelong love of Charlie Hagan. Alex Cole believes in destiny, magic, and Scout. When Alex introduces Scout to the world of Shifters, men who change into wolves or coyotes during the full moon and Seers, women who can see your most private thoughts and emotions with a mere touch, the knowledge changes everything and everyone Scout thought she knew.

Destiny Binds is a novel that really grasped my attention.  ‘Scout’ the main character in this book, is extremely interesting. Scouts relationship with her stepbrother Jase is a very close one, so much so that other people call them ‘twins’. However when Alex a handsome boy from Montana comes into Scout’s life their relationship is questioned. Alex is in love with Scout and has been dreaming of her since he was young, you can tell when they first meet that their relationship is going to take off. Tallie, Scout’s best friend is a very likeable character that has every characteristic one would want in a bet friend. She is very close to Scout and their friendship seems to be a sacred one. Most of Scout’s closest friends were hiding a secret from her. When Scout discovers these secrets she doesn’t feel betrayed, and doesn’t hold it against them. This shows you just how much of an understanding person she is. The end of the novel is a sad one, and written so brilliantly that it actually made me tear up, yet it leaves the reader with some hope. Each character is unique and just enough is written about each one making you have a good understanding of them. This novel is written very well, is easy to follow, and you will not want to put it down!
